Terms and Conditions – 7pk Betting Platform Rules

01 Introduction

Welcome to 7pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at 7pk.onl, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, promotions, deposits and withdrawals.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet on 7pk, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 7pk from within Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in PKR. The platform operates in English as the primary language of communication and these Terms are the definitive version for all purposes.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 7pk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7pk does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close associate of 7pk. Employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling platforms or have requested account closure for responsible gaming reasons without that period having concluded.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during the registration process. Submitting false details is a material breach of these Terms.

7pk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed to the platform's satisfaction.

03 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on 7pk. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses or phone numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified for the same player, 7pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held within them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. 7pk strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and not sharing it with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 7pk support immediately at [email protected] . Until the platform is notified, any activity on your account remains your responsibility.

7pk may carry out identity verification checks at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. You agree to cooperate with any such checks promptly and to provide documents when requested, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 7pk are made in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 7pk balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the case of JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant.
• Only deposit funds that genuinely belong to you. 7pk does not accept deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• 7pk does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 7pk is not responsible.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed once confirmed. Please contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made incorrectly.

7pk monitors deposit activity to detect unusual patterns. Where a deposit is flagged, the platform may request supporting documentation before the funds are released for betting. This is a standard security and fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified available balance in your account, which excludes any locked bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Where the same method is not available, the platform may request an alternative and supporting verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. VIP players benefit from faster processing times as part of their tier benefits.
• 7pk may carry out additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard AML (anti-money laundering) procedure and cooperation is required for the withdrawal to proceed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The payment method must be in the name of the registered 7pk account holder.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

7pk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your bonus balance. They are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• 7pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, any modification will not affect the existing balance unless abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds may only be used for the bet types and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded markets may invalidate the bonus.
• Participating in multiple promotions simultaneously may be restricted. Where restrictions apply, they will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion detail page.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 7pk, including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football and esports markets. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available in the relevant betting sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• 7pk reserves the right to suspend, void or settle bets in accordance with the prevailing rules for each market in the event of postponement, abandonment or other exceptional circumstances affecting the relevant sporting event.
• In the case of a PSL or other cricket match being abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the governing body. Where no official result is declared, bets may be voided at the platform's discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay before acceptance to prevent exploitation of real-time information advantages. 7pk reserves the right to void live bets where there is evidence of latency abuse.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may vary by sport, event and player account tier.
• Where an obvious pricing error occurs in the odds display, 7pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes in full, regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was detected.

7pk uses independent data providers for match results and statistics. In the event of a dispute regarding match outcome, the result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — such as the PCB for PSL and international cricket — will be treated as definitive.

08 Live Casino Rules

The live casino section of 7pk features real dealer games including baccarat, blackjack and roulette. The following rules apply to all live casino activity on the platform:

• All live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. The game rules displayed within each game session are governed by both the provider's rules and these Terms. Where there is a conflict, these Terms take precedence for account and payment-related matters.
• Technical disconnections during a live game session do not automatically void the relevant game round. Where a disconnect occurs, the game result as recorded on the provider's server is treated as final.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each live casino table are displayed before joining the table. Players are responsible for checking the table limits before placing a bet.
• 7pk reserves the right to remove any live casino game from the platform at any time without notice. Active game rounds in progress at the time of removal will be settled according to the game provider's standard void or completion procedures.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7pk. Breach of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or using more than one account on the platform under any name, identity or payment method combination.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or guaranteed profit strategies that remove normal betting risk.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification or withdrawal process.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer any part of the 7pk platform software, betting engine or security systems.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity on the platform. 7pk cooperates fully with lawful requests from relevant authorities in connection with suspected money laundering or financial crime.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access, deposit, bet or withdraw on your behalf.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

7pk may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks or account takeover.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the deduction of any applicable bonus or promotional funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account for any reason — including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting 7pk support. Self-closure requests are processed promptly. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.

11 Privacy and Data

7pk collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform use. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the 7pk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on 7pk, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
• 7pk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data 7pk holds about you by contacting support.
• Data submitted during identity verification is handled securely and used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity.

12 Responsible Gaming

7pk is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. The platform strongly encourages all players to approach betting as a form of entertainment and to maintain full control over their activity at all times.

• Set a personal deposit limit before you start. Decide in advance how much you are comfortable depositing in a day, week or month and stick to it.
• Never chase losses. If you have had a losing session, the answer is not to deposit more in an attempt to recover. Take a break and come back when you are in a better frame of mind.
• Keep track of the time you spend on the platform. It is easy to lose track of time when betting — set a personal time limit and adhere to it.
• Do not bet under the influence of alcohol, stress or strong emotion. Sound judgment is essential for responsible betting decisions.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7pk's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 7pk is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• 7pk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. While every effort is made to maintain continuous operation, brief interruptions may occur.
• 7pk is not responsible for the decisions you make while using the platform, including the outcomes of bets placed. Betting involves financial risk and you accept that responsibility when you place a bet.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display or incorrect game outcome, 7pk's liability is limited to refunding the affected stake. No additional compensation is payable in connection with a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7pk's liability for fraud or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

14 Changes to These Terms

7pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, 7pk will also notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the 7pk platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. 7pk recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions each time you make a deposit or claim a new promotion.
