Account & Registration

Creating a 7pk account is straightforward and takes less than two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and email address, then choose a secure password. After submitting your details, you will receive a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to your registered number. Enter the code to activate your account and you are ready to deposit and play. Remember, you must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on 7pk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different details — is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances forfeited. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact the support team to recover it rather than registering again.

First, check that the mobile number you entered during registration is correct and active. OTP messages are usually delivered within 30 seconds but can occasionally take up to two minutes depending on your network. If you still have not received it, tap the resend option on the verification screen. Make sure your phone has signal and that SMS is not blocked by your carrier. If the problem persists, contact support at [email protected] with your registered number and they will manually verify your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 7pk. This requirement applies to all games, sports betting, and promotions. During the identity verification process prior to your first withdrawal, you will be required to provide a copy of your CNIC, which confirms your date of birth. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned minus any bonus amounts claimed.

To update your contact details, log in to your account and go to the Account Settings section. Some changes — particularly the registered mobile number — may require identity verification before they take effect, as the mobile number is used for OTP security checks. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees or complications. The minimum deposit amount varies slightly depending on the payment method you choose. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, the minimum is typically a low PKR amount designed to be accessible for all players. Bank transfers may have a slightly higher minimum due to the nature of the channel. Check the deposit screen inside your account for the exact minimum amount displayed next to each payment method before you proceed.

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your 7pk balance within a few minutes, often instantly. Bank transfers can take longer — usually a few hours, though some interbank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check your transaction history in the account dashboard and contact support with the transaction reference number if needed.

This can occasionally happen due to a timeout during the transaction. In most cases, the payment provider automatically reverses the deduction back to your mobile wallet within a few minutes to a few hours. If the amount has not been returned to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet within 24 hours, contact 7pk support at [email protected] with your mobile number, the approximate transaction time and the amount. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue is resolved to avoid being charged twice.

7pk does not charge any fees on deposits from your end. However, your payment provider — for example JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on your account type and the transfer amount. These charges are outside 7pk's control. To avoid unexpected fees, check your payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a large deposit.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm the request. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification using your CNIC before it is processed. Subsequent withdrawals are typically faster once your identity is on file.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest, often completing within a few hours of approval. Raast transfers are also quick, usually within the same business day. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from priority processing, which can further reduce waiting times. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than the stated timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

7pk performs identity verification on all accounts before the first withdrawal is paid out. This is a standard security measure to confirm that only the genuine account holder can access funds. You will be asked to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC. The verification process typically takes one business day. Once completed, future withdrawals process much more quickly. If you are facing repeated verification delays, contact the support team directly.

Yes, both minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. The exact figures are displayed on the withdrawal screen in your account dashboard next to each available method. If you need to withdraw an amount that exceeds the standard daily limit — for example after a particularly large win — contact your account manager or the support team to discuss an elevated limit, which may be available to verified VIP members.

Cricket Betting & PSL

7pk offers a wide range of cricket betting markets for Pakistani players. For PSL, T20 internationals and other major matches you can bet on match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, method of dismissal, player of the match, innings runs, first wicket partnership and many more. In-play betting is available for live matches, meaning you can place bets while the game is in progress with odds that update ball by ball. If a match is abandoned or reduced due to rain or any other interruption before a result can be determined, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned in full to your PKR balance. However, if enough overs have been played for an official result to be declared under DLS rules, bets will be settled based on that result. Specific settlement rules for each market type are available in the terms and conditions section of your account.

Cash out is available on selected cricket markets and matches on 7pk. When cash out is available for one of your open bets, you will see the option in your bet slip or open bets section with the current cash out value displayed. Cash out values fluctuate based on live match odds. The feature may not be available during very fast-moving moments of play or if the match odds are suspended. Yes. While cricket is the primary focus for Pakistani players on 7pk — especially PSL and T20 internationals — the platform also covers international football including major leagues and tournaments, as well as Esports titles that are growing rapidly in Pakistan.
